JinLong Package Design imports and exports professional paper products and provides design for posters, cardboard and package boxes. We provide serial services from design, printing, coating, folding to gluing. Customized paper products are provided. Please contact us for customized products, including tags, cardboard cut-outs, cardboard shelves, etc. We put ourselves in customers' shoes, and aim at economic benefits for customers with best quality products provided. Besides cardboard products, packaging design service is provided as well.

JinLong Package Design was established in Kaohsiung City. We focus on providing professional services and supreme quality paper packing products to customers, and this is why we are widely acknowledged by our customers.     Lithrone S系列產品是KOMORI研製開發的印刷機，其目的是為了提高企業收益、滿足用戶需求、應對數據化網絡。 為滿足當今訊息化和數據化的需求，LITHRONE S40可以處理印刷行業的印刷數據，實現數據化作業流程，並且備有數字化印刷功能。 採用新型著墨輥溫度控制系統，確保連續印刷時的色度穩定性，顯著提高了印刷質量。

    傳紙滾筒採用骨架結構，可以平穩地處理從0.04 mm到0.8mm的紙張。採用了新開發的自動換版系統，顯著提高了印刷效率，此外還備有著墨輥、膠印滾筒和壓印滾筒的自動清洗系統以及自動墨膜調節系統等，從而大大縮短了作業准備時間。在高達每小時印刷16000張紙的情況下，仍可使印刷質量保持高度穩定。注重環境保護，採用無酒精潤飾劑、無油軸承以及新型噴粉。採用這些措施可以防止環境污染，減少紙張浪費，有助于確保紙張的適當利用。

    在安全方面，本機按照國際安全規定配備了一系列安全裝置。集中手觸式面板控制系統、無須維護的無油軸承以及其他技術使得印刷機極為便于操作。

    液晶螢幕能顯示各項訊息，操作簡易，並整合機器運作與控制、設定工作紀錄，自動顯示故障時間、位置、排除功能。 飛達可在高速運轉中開始送出頭張紙，快速準確性高。採鉗把式抓紙，能確保高速運轉時準確性。
    主送紙台左右微調採電控操作。輸紙帶緩衝機構，薄紙張可輕易、快速、準確的模切。
    潤滑油冷卻系統，解決熱漲冷縮不均問題，保護機件不易磨損。
    模切壓力採電控數位顯示，操作輕易明確快速。
    採用進口高硬度模切鋼板，堅固耐用不易損傷。
    模切壓力保護裝置，壓力超過300噸時自動停機，確保機械安全性。
    夾鬆模框採電控氣壓式，快速輕鬆易操作。
    主鏈條，真空幫浦採用歐洲進口機件，耐用不易損壞。
    送/收紙部附有不停機的機構和自動副收紙架，快速自動切換。

    3.整座糊輪系統可拉出機臺，方便於糊輪的清潔及印糊模型的調校。
    4.印糊輪可做正向、逆向及左右的調整，更增加了印糊對位上的方便性。
    5.印糊部傳送裝置是附有真空吸力的傳送皮帶所組成，如此可確保紙張在傳送中的穩定度。
    6.單 / 雙張〈每轉壹圈所運行張數〉的切換，只需由控制盤上的開關切換即可，相當省時方便。

    7 本機採自動噴膠系統作業，附設本摺部前下膠水筒左右各一組，簡易保養及清潔。
    8 輸送部壓著尚待機構依工作物需求，可前後移動之功能，加裝特殊軟質皮帶壓著，可確保完美品質並附加橫送裝置。
    9 採用觸控螢幕系統設定，自動追減速功能、光電計數、可行定量計數及踢板裝置。
